    Can anyone of you suggest me good weight loss program for my wife? She has
    big problem with obesity. She tried a lot of different methods and
    trainings but no one really worked in her case (last time she lost about 18
    pounds in 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). If anyone knows any

    I’ve been doing this workout since August now. Along with maintaining a
    healthy diet…I’ve lost 18 pounds. 2 more pounds to go. It really does
    work. Just be consistent, and get it done. Best of luck ya’ll.

    I am so in love with this workout video. I feel like I really worked out.
    Its hard but its great a total body workout. I must say I still can’t make
    it to the end of the video I had to split it in 2 segments. But im getting
    better now.
    I stumbled across this video last week and I told myself I am going to do
    this straight for 30 days. I have been trying to loose 30 lbs, through diet
    and exercise at the gym. Adding this to my workout routine is a plus
    already. Wish me luck guys! And I wish you all much success as well.

    Well. I have learned that doing the same work out over And over. Is not
    good your body get Yeah to the moves. It’s good to mix up your work outs
    And you get a lot better results. That way. I will do this work out three
    times a week And do a diffrent work out the other two days

    day just started two days ago love it thanks jillian. I went from 266lbs to

    I have done every workout under the moon and this one by far is my all time
    favourite. I do this one in particular 3 times a week then in between while
    my muscles are rebuilding the other 2-3 days doing another one of her 55
    min workout with no free weights and I throw in her 35 min ab one too. I’ve
    been on it for 16 days and I’m so impressed. I get stronger each workout,
    so I push myself each workout and feel the fat melting off. I clearly
    incorporate eating far better and I stop snacking at night where I use to
    gain most of my calories. My trick is to prepare a snack container. I fill
    it with celery mainly then a small apple and raspberries or another veggie
    like red pepper and a tsp of natural peanut butter no sugar added. So if I
    feel like I NEED to snack after my dinner I grab my container. Remember if
    your muscles are sore you need to let them rest! altranate this workout
    with another one. Drink water and herbal tea cut out the juice and pop and
    prepare your meals. I find it’s the only way I eat enough throughout the
    day and the right things! Keep going!!!

    Hi I love working out with Jillian but my problem is even though I do the
    warm up and the stretches after I still can barely walk the next day and
    its every day too it gets worse everyday. I’ve been doing it for a week and
    don’t want to stop due to pain is there anything else I can do to help ease
    the pain so I can keep doing this as I love it ☺ xx

    This work out is great. I did it whilst I was in the first 10 days of the
    30 day shred and it was so hard that I Couldn’t complete it but know I am
    on day 22 of the 30 day shred and my stamina has increased and I’m seeing
    the weight falling off…thank God! I’m shifting the baby weight so I want
    to lose the weight gradually with healthy eating. It’s paying off in just
    one month. Jillion micheal is a good fitness trainer…easy to follow. The
    30 day shred works!! I like this one too!

    This workout didn’t only change me physically but helped me get into better
    shape. The first time I did this I had to take a lot of breaks and couldn’t
    finish some of the exercises. Now, 3 weeks later I can do all of them
    without stopping! I highly recommend this to anyone trying to lose weight
    or get in better shape. Thankyou so much Jillian!

    I’m allowed to do sports again after 3 months (slowly). So I tried this bc
    I wanted to back then but I couldn’t (pain -> surgery).
    I only managed about 17 minutes but I’m proud of myself. And I’m burning
    and sweating so much.
    Maybe, if I would have slept last night and if my stomach didn’t hurt badly
    (felt like throwing up), I could’ve kept going a little longer.
    I’ll keep doing this. But idk if it’ll be tomorrow or Wednesday…
    depending on how sore my muscles will be.

    I love the videos from this channel since I been trying to be healthier
    these workouts help me. When I do workouts like this one, I always have my
    water with me cause I know I’m going to need it. Also there are some moves
    that I have trouble doing like the plank stuff so I usually try to do it
    the best I can and then sometimes I just do other things like more jumping
    jacks, sit ups or jog in place just so I can keep moving. I also sometimes
    slow down from their pace so I can make sure I’m doing it right and then. I
    speed up

    This is probably my all time favorite workout. I try to alternate videos
    but I this is the cornerstone of my fitness regimen and I do it at least 2x
    a week. It is incredibly challenging and you can increase the difficulty
    level as you go along. I find Jillian Michael incredibly motivating and I
    really see results from her routines.
