    What do you feed your husband and daughter? I’m just curious to know
    because when ever I try to change my lifestyle eating healthier, my husband
    is not open to eating what I prepare. Instead he wants all the bad stuff,
    fried foods, /traditional Mexican dishes. So it’s really hard for me to
    stick to that plan.

    Anna Saccone on you tube eats every couple hours too. This helps from
    feeling hungry and snacking on foods that you don’t need. Having big meals
    just makes ya feel uncomfortable and tired. I love eating this way too.
    Keep up the good work.

    Several people have commented on this diet being to little in calories. My
    doctor and dietician have both said 1200 is the key number to losing
    weight. To maintain your weight is slightly more.

    Hey guys. Just an FYI, some of you might remember a video similar to this
    in 2011. That video had to be taken down due to my incorrect use of the
    term “tupperware”. Tupperware company didn’t like that I called my old
    rubbermaid containers “tupperware”. I decided to redo the video because the
    feedback on the original one was great. Just wanted to give a heads up. I
    wouldn’t normally do a video twice! P.S…is anyone else as shocked as I am
    that all plastic containers aren’t called “Tupperware”?! LOL!

    When I finally decided to lose weight I frankly didn’t know what to do when
    I went to the gym unless I wanted to pay for a trainer. I could’ve
    purchased a video to attempt to bounce around in my living room. I did
    actually try the videos and then started going to the gym. But I was
    getting nowhere fast. I tried various workout routines, saw minimal
    results, gave up and ended up back to where I was. Starting the Venus
    Factor program achieved for me what I couldn’t find anywhere else. It gave
    me an easy workout routine, with a simple diet to follow. The program also
    has a calculator that gives you your calorie counts for the week. There is
    also a forum for members. They have contests for members who are following
    the 12 week program and you can see that they are all normal people.
