    know, when I’m eating too much? I’m the kind of person, who loves food and
    to eat, so I sometimes think that I go a bit overboard, even on healthy
    foods.

    track. I share your opinion about healthy foods but I like to stray saying
    to myself to often I’t just a little candybar and it won’t do me any harm.
    You have giving me the wright directions have to stay on the good side :) I

    My doctor says I have insulin resistance which means my body is always in
    starvation mode and clings on to my fat which sucks :-( I excercise 3-4 a
    week and eat healthy and this video helped me alot ! Thanks so much corrina

    What if I only want to lose like 5 lbs out of my belly? I am skinny and
    just want to be slim . Do I still follow all of these rules or just some? I
    am starting to work out and I feel tired really fast. Guess I need to eat
    better and work out at least twice a week.

    Bottom line: don’t eat anything that was invented by man. Eat things that
    have existed for ages, like fruit, vegetables. brown bread, milk, tea,
    beans, nuts, and you’ll be fine.make sure no GMO .any grain invented after
    1964 by men no good ///also anything processed by factories /packed even
    greens value /minerals decreased. men has to think of a way to deceive u in
    order to make more more more money . simple motive to deceive public .
